Zhang Ximing, born in February 1945, a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior engineer, a representative of the Qingdao Municipal People’s Congress, and a model worker in Qingdao. Served as the director of Jiaozhou Lifting Equipment Factory and Qingdao Rubber and Plastic Machinery Factory. The SCP series and SWP series of plastic crushers designed and developed filled the domestic gap and won the second prize of the Provincial Spark, the third prize of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the national Spark third prize.

The current chairman of Qingdao Zhangshi Group Co., Ltd., presided over the design, development and technological transformation of 70% of the company's production equipment, resulting in 4 invention patents, 16 utility model patents, and 2 computer software copyrights.
