Qingdao Zhangshi Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in October 2010 with a registered capital of USD 10 million. The main products are piston rods for automobile trunk gas springs, piston rods for seat gas springs, steel pipes, etc. The first two have a global share of 20% and 60% respectively. The products are exported to Germany, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Spain , Brazil, India, South Korea, Taiwan and China.
The company has the largest heat treatment (QPQ) production line in China and a computer detection system for piston rod size and surface intelligence (CCD image) with independent intellectual property rights. The production technology and detection level of the products have reached the international advanced level, and it is in the leading position in the industry.

The company uses ERP management software, OA automated office system, dual-fiber network, IBM server and other advanced equipment and systems, which greatly improves the modern information management level of the enterprise.
The company has obtained the national high-tech enterprise qualification and has 22 product patents with independent intellectual property rights, including 4 invention patents, 16 utility model patents, and 2 computer software copyrights.
