Piston Rod
We can produce and process piston rods with various diameter specifications such as 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 14mm,etc., and can customize according to drawings. It involves core processes such as drawing, straightening and shearing, intelligent machining, threading, grinding, QPQ, polishing, etc. The daily production capacity of piston rods is over 300,000 pcs, and the monthly capacity is over 8 million pcs.
Steel Tube
We specialize in manufacturing steel pipes with standard diameters of 28mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0mm & 2.5mm. Custom specifications — including 29mm diameter and 3.0mm wall thickness — are available upon request, tailored to your technical drawings. Our advanced production line covers core processes: laser cutting, CNC machining, grinding, heat treatment, and precision polishing. The daily production capacity of steel tubes is over 70,000 pcs, and the monthly capacity is over 2 million pcs.
Hollow Piston Rod
We manufacture hollow piston rods with a standard outer diameter of 10mm and inner diameters ranging from 4.2mm to 7mm (including 4.3mm and 4.4mm), with custom specifications available per technical drawings. Our production process integrates core technologies such as precision cutting, CNC machining, threading, grinding, QPQ, and polishing. The daily production capacity of steel tubes is over 10,000 pcs, and the monthly capacity is over 250,000 pcs.
